Cybersecurity SailPoint Engineer


Join a talented cybersecurity team that is helping a federal organization harden its security posture by proactively addressing issues in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity and Access Governance (IAG), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Your goal is to help a federal agency use SailPoint’s IdentityIQ and Compliance IQ products to improve their compliance, controls, and monitoring. 

You will work closely with an onsite team of highly qualified federal and private-sector cybersecurity professionals who are partnering to defend our nation’s ability to use the web as a means for economic strength, vitality, and stability.   • Develop solutions to address client’s needs
  • Design, develop, integrate, and support SailPoint solution
  • Configure, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise IAM solutions
  • Integrate access certification, policy enforcement, and activity monitoring
  • Automate auditing, reporting, and management activities
  • Work with identity stores, e.g., LDAP, databases, servers
  • Advise and assist on IAM, IAG, and PAM
  • Support and/or lead usability and performance testing

  • 3+ years experience in cybersecurity and/or information assurance
  • 3+ years experience with proven IAM solutions, e.g., SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and cybersecurity principles



  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Compliance IQ products
  • Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Access Request and Automated Provisioning
  • Password Management
  • Governance and Compliance
  • Databases, app servers, OSs, directories, and security protocols
  • Languages such as Java and XML



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CISSP preferred



  • NoMA-Gallaudet Neighborhood, Washington, DC 
  • Building on same block as NoMA Metro Red Line



  • SECRET clearance



  • No Travel
