ROLE
We need an experienced SharePoint Developer at the Marine Corps Public Health Center (NMCPHC). NMCPHC provides leadership and expertise to ensure mission readiness in support of the National Military Strategy. NMCPHC’s core scientific and technical capabilities and product lines are to conduct Health Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Analysis; Disease and Injury Prevention; and PH Consultation and Support for the benefit of active-duty service members, retirees, and their families. In this role, you will assist in planning and designing systems architecture to support command requirements. This is a full-time opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning and development of Virtual Check in/out Portal (VCIP)
- Assist in resolving IT program and implementation issues with cross-platform data and IT Systems
- Assist in the planning and designing of systems to support command requirements
- Proficient with SharePoint, TEAMS, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Develop and maintain e-correspondence systems, administrative trackers, and DHA-compatible dashboards
- Train and guide command staff in the use of all electronic administrative processes
- Document all step-by-step procedures for programs developed for the command
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Designed and implemented system architecture, testing, and security protocols
- Experience with system administrator duties
LOCATION
- Portsmouth, VA
CLEARANCE
- U.S. citizenship required since this role supports the U.S. Federal government
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Secret Security Clearance Required
