ROLE
We need an experienced Program Manager to support the Real Warriors Campaign (RWC) at the Defense Health Agency’s Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). The RWC is a public health initiative promoting psychological health, reducing stigma, and supporting suicide prevention among service members, families, and the DoD community. In this role, you will manage daily operations, oversee timelines and deliverables, ensure content accuracy, and coordinate reporting, project management, and administrative activities to keep the campaign running efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and manage the daily operations of the Real Warriors Campaign.
- Produce and deliver a monthly progress report (MPR).
- Incorporate project management principles and tools to track campaign-related activities, milestones, and deliverables while identifying risks and scheduling shortfalls.
- Develop, apply, and revise standard operating procedures to capture common and recurring campaign tasks.
- Provide general administrative support such as coordination of meetings, note taking, preparing meeting minutes, development of briefings, talking points, and facilitating contract travel requests.
- Produce new RWC campaign content across multiple communication channels, in a variety of formats, targeting active duty service members, family members, medical providers, commanders, and others as directed.
- Review the RWC website ensure that content is current and accurate, and that links are active.
- Apply lessons learned from RWC monitoring, evaluation, and needs assessment efforts to conduct continuous quality improvement activities to enhance campaign operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five (5) years of experience managing federal government contracts
- Two (2) years of experience supporting nation-wide public health campaigns.
- Experience managing psychological health, public health campaigns and experience coordinating psychological health campaign evaluations - preferred.
EDUCATON
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field - preferred
