Job Requisition: Technical Lead
Essential Skills:

Deep understanding of AWS cloud platform: Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, EKS, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and platform as a service (PaaS).
Strong technical proficiency specializing in Java technologies: In-depth knowledge of programming languages, scripting, and development frameworks including Java technologies such as Angular/ React, Spring boot, Hibernate etc.
Architecture design: Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures and solutions that align with business requirements. Ability to integrate custom solutions with COTS products and platforms for complex business applications.
XBRL taxonomies: Exposure to XBRL taxonomies and systems handling XBRL filings.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support.

Relevant Experience:

AWS Cloud project experience: Proven experience leading technical teams on successful cloud migration to AWS, including security assessment and obtaining the ATO.
Cloud architecture design: Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures for various workloads (e.g., web applications, data warehousing, machine learning).
DevOps practices: Expertise with DevOps principles and tools to develop CI/CD pipelines and streamline development and deployment processes.
Security best practices: Understanding of federal systems security practices and experience implementing security measures.
Performance optimization: Knowledge of techniques for optimizing system performance and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:

15-20 years IT experience with 10+ in senior level technical leadership
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or any technical field
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be advantageous
