We need an experienced Program Analyst at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). This role supports the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office, which oversees the review and approval of commercial drone systems for use across the Department of War. In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Government Program Manager and program leadership, coordinate calendars, travel, and correspondence, and maintain administrative records and action item trackers supporting Government program management. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Government Blue List Program Office
- Provides executive and administrative support to the Government Blue List Program Manager and program leadership, including management of calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
- Coordinates program office communications and administrative workflows among Government personnel, contractor personnel, and external stakeholders
- Coordinates and maintains program office calendars, meeting schedules, action item trackers, decision logs, travel trackers, and suspense items
- Coordinates Government travel activities, including preparation, tracking, and reporting of travel authorization requests and associated travel documentation
- Prepares executive correspondence, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
- Organizes, maintains, and manages program documentation, electronic repositories, administrative records, and office workflows
- Monitors recurring administrative requirements, suspense dates, and action items and provides timely status updates to Government leadership
- Identifies opportunities to improve administrative processes, office workflows, and organizational efficiency
BACKGROUND/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related administrative/analytical field preferred (equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Demonstrated experience coordinating destination travel itineraries and maintaining a centralized, real time travel tracker for program personnel
- Advanced proficiency in managing executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands, and preparing professional meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing packages
- Familiarity with federal travel regulations and experience assisting with the administrative preparation and processing of Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) or utilization of systems like the Defense Travel System (DTS) preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

CLEARANCE
- Active or interim DoW security clearance; favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation required
- Must be a US Citizen

COMPENSATION
- Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000
