ELMS Warehouse Training & Support Specialist ROLE We need an experienced Application Warehouse Training & Support Specialist to support the 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron (441 VSCOS). 441 VSCOS centrally manages the Department of the Air Force's (DAF) vehicle fleet enterprise, providing program management, technical, and training support across 257 steady-state and contingency locations and 387 units, including Combat Air Force, Mobility Air Force, and ISR aircraft units, through the ELMS, AVID, and CISP application systems. In this role, you will develop and deliver ELMS Warehouse training, author training guidebooks, and provide level-one ELMS helpdesk support. This is a full-time opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, maintains, and schedules ELMS Warehouse (WH) training for the Vehicle Management Enterprise
Submits the initial training plan for Government approval within thirty calendar days of task award, identifying target audience, mode of training, timeline, and schedule type
Develops Warehouse training, tracks trainees, and conducts training sessions in classroom, MS Teams, virtual, one-on-one, and webinar formats
Provides ELMS and level-one IT support, fielding and resolving helpdesk calls, troubleshooting, and analyzing user issues
Authors Warehouse training guidebooks to bridge the gap between new technology or business practices and end users within seven calendar days of ELMS change release, with a less than two percent error return rate
Provides webinars, classroom instruction, and over-the-shoulder instruction, and creates self-paced training aids for end users
Supports ELMS Warehouse module implementation planning within program reporting
Develops and posts how-to training videos as directed by the Government designee
Uses the training plan as an execution tool and reports monthly on the number of training sessions, number of trainees, attendee locations, and number of how-to videos developed and posted
Coordinates with IT developers to link organically developed programs with existing IT solutions and interface multiple IT solutions (e.g., ELMS,)
Provides ELMS and level-one IT support, fielding and resolving helpdesk calls, troubleshooting, and analyzing user issues
Meets a 0-24 hour response time with a 95 percent success rate and a 0-48 hour resolution time
Elevates customer issues to the ELMS helpdesk when a system helpdesk ticket is required
Provides monthly updates on all 441 VSCOS helpdesk tickets, including open and closed ticket counts, average days open, average days to close, and recommended program office actions
Supports requirements gathering, testing, custom application development, legacy application modernization, and documentation for ELMS sustainment
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years of experience developing and delivering technical or systems training, preferably within a DoW warehouse, logistics, or supply environment
Experience authoring training guidebooks, job aids, and self-paced training materials
Working knowledge of ELMS Warehouse module or comparable inventory/property systems preferred
Comfortable delivering training in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one formats
REQUIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, or related field; equivalent experience considered

Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000
